(1) During installation, the center line of the machine head, machine mouth, core tool and screw cutter shaft should be aligned to make the mud flow even. (2) For porous bricks with thinner core rods, the gap between the core head and the core head should be filled with mud by hand first, so that the position of the core head can be fixed accurately, so as to avoid the core rod being skewed when extrusion starts. , the hole shifts. (3) During the test run, the mud material should be slightly soft at the beginning, and then slowly adjust the molding moisture until the mud strips start to form, until it is suitable. (4) When the new machine mouth or core tool is just replaced, it is often abnormal and should be carefully adjusted. If the hole is skewed, the wall thickness is uneven and the adjustment is invalid, it should be considered to thicken the core rod and trim the blade to make the mud flow on the section basically consistent. (5) Severely uneven mud flow velocity will also cause mud streak cracks. When it is slight, it is often not easy to find after molding, but it will only appear after drying and roasting, and the loss will be even greater. When inspecting, the extruded mud strips can be cut vertically along the machine mouth section first, and a network of about 30×30mm equally divided mud strip sections can be installed on the machine mouth, and the lm long mud strips can be extruded, and the divided mud strips can be measured respectively. The maximum deviation of the length of the small mud strip should not exceed 3-6%. Otherwise, it should be adjusted. For the part where the material is discharged quickly, the core head can be pressed in a little bit, or a waste nut can be put behind it to increase the resistance; for the part where the material is discharged slowly, the core head can be released a little bit, or replaced with a shorter one. core to reduce drag. (6) Be sure to feed evenly. The mud strips of the extruder are squeezed out. If the feeding is uneven or the extruder has no material to enter, no mud strips will be extruded. Not only that, the mud that cannot come out rotates together with the spiral reamer, and the heat generated by friction will also cause severe fever in the mud cylinder and cracks in the mud strip. So some brick factories say: the slower the mud strips, the more problems there will be. (7) Shut down after get off work, remove and clean the mouth of the machine, so as not to block the mud in the next shift. Unable to produce. If the machine is shut down for a short time, some water should also be sprinkled on the mud, and the mouth of the machine should be covered with a damp cloth to maintain humidity. (8) When it is found that the mud cannot be squeezed out or the local mud is very little, stop the machine immediately and find out the reason to avoid damage to the equipment. |
