On June 9, 2020, a delegation from Zhejiang New Wall Materials Association came to Quanzhou Qisheng Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. for a visit; accompanied by the general manager of Qisheng Machinery and managers of various departments;
The delegation of more than 20 people was led by the secretary-general of the association; they visited the company's large-scale production workshop and the on-site operation of the QS-1200B self-retaining hole high-level palletizing system. During the process, various entrepreneurs had problems emerging one after another. Chun Xiao personally explained to the delegation one by one. 
During the exchange meeting, Lin Rongkai, marketing director of Qisheng Machinery, introduced in detail the labor-saving equipment developed by the company: QS-1200B self-retaining hole high-position palletizing system is a patented product with independent intellectual property rights developed by the company in order to meet the needs of market diversification. Generally, it is installed independently near the product maintenance yard. For on-site palletizing of cured products, it can also be connected in series in the block production line to implement online palletizing. Blocks of different types and specifications produced by different types of brick machines can be separated from the brick boards, arranged in a row, and then formed into square stacks of about one meter for cross-stacking, and can automatically generate fork brick hole positions according to needs. The stacking height can reach 1400mm. After the palletizing is completed, the whole pallet is output through a heavy-duty chain conveyor, which can be packed manually or equipped with an automatic packing machine. Each node in the entire production line has a pre-stored position to save the forklift running time. 
The whole system adopts PLC + touch screen control, with laser induction + intelligent sensor, to realize unmanned automatic operation, automatic shutdown alarm and display fault location in case of fault, easy troubleshooting without professional technicians. Equipped with remote control system + cloud data equipment manufacturers can solve problems in the office all the time. The operation of the equipment is controlled separately by electricity, gas and liquid, without interfering with each other, and the movement is coherent. It takes about 15 seconds to code one layer, and the number of bricks per shift is about 150,000 (standard bricks).
